Nov 2020 VSG Peeps Update in Post-op Diets and Questions Posted September 10, 2021 I got my VSG Nov 25, 2020 in Piedras Negras, Mex. at endohospital with Dr. Guillermo Gonzalez HW 345 SW 325 CW 218 I exercise 6 times a week, lots of cardio 2-3 miles a day. And just started weight training. my macros are 900-1000 Calories, 100g Protein, 125oz Water, 30-50g Carbs. would love to read up on your journey.
