In 2011 i had Lapland and did very well losing 68 pounds. In 2016, I had emergency surgery for band removal due to sepsis and complications. Over the past years I have gained back my weight and ended up on an insulin pump for my Diabetes. It took time for me to consider bariatric surgery again but I really feel that this is my second chance to continue the journey I had started. I had VSG surgery on 7-20-21 and am about 3 weeks post op and doing well.
