Although I have some time before I can actually have any contouring done, I think about it constantly.
I originally wanted to go with a mommy makeover, but the thought of surgery recovery again is not very appealing.
Does any one have any experience or know anyone who has any experience with using Sonobello after weight-loss surgery?
Any advice would be helpful.

I totally feel your frustration. I had surgery in June. Surgery wgt was 202. I am now 171 and have been there since about the beginning of August. It is definitely frustrating and discouraging. I just take it day by day and keep staying the course.

Thank you,Sorry you are having a crappy day. In order for me to get my Protein requirements I add unflavored protein to my Soups and I drink protein Water. You may want to ask you r MD or dietician if you can. I start my day no later than 7 am in order to pace my day with protein and Fluid requirement. Hope you have a better day tomorrow.
I tried that today and it's getting better

I had a bad day yesterday and I feel much better today. I am 10 days post and think we will continue to have good and bad days until we get used to all of this. We will get through this together. I am glad I found my bariatric family so we can support each other.Hey all -
Just wanted to reach out because I am having a difficult day. I've cried three times and just feeling down. I am three weeks Post OP and I am surprised it has taken this long for me to feel some of the effects. I miss food. Not in the way of feeling full or having some emotional need - I just simply miss the taste of food. The point I am at in my diet - I can only have canned/packaged tuna or scrambled eggs.. along with the softer foods from the previous weeks. I opened a pack of the tuna today and it smelled horrendous. I just started sobbing and my wife said to throw it away... we'd get the kind I did like at the store in a bit.
Is it just me or have any of you felt like this? I just feel like a ball of emotions the last two days.

I am 10 days post and I am unable to tolerate anything sweet the Protein Shakes, sf Jell-O, sf pudding anything with artificial sweeteners. I had blended sreamed sweet potatoes with blended unsweetened peaches and it went really good. Drink lemon Water. Going to try unsweetened Protein Powder in Soup so I can reach goal. Might also try adding skim milk to shake or make my own.

Thank you for the encouragement. I don't have a fever and it's not as bad today. It hurts to cough, burns like crazy. All in all I feel better today.Hello,
Take a deep breath. It's ok [emoji847] This is scary. Have you've called your drs. Office and see what they think?? And your skin could be just in the healing phase. Will get itchy when healing. My wound areas are a little itchy also. Your hot and old, do you have a fever? The Protein part can be tough- do you like the shakes- can try changing flavors too. Don't worry sweetie- you'll be fine. I would definitely call your Dr and talk to them about what's going on. Hang in there. Everything will all work out. [emoji847][emoji3590]

I finally had my surgery (RYGB) on June 8th and up until today I have been energetic and optimistic. When I woke up today (Day 9) I felt lousy. I had restless leg all night. I was freezing and hot at the same time. I was queasy and nothing tasted good or even edible. My stomach itches and burns. I can't get comfortable in any position. Most of all I am stressed out because I can't seem to get enough Protein and enough fluids in one day.
Help Me!!!! I'm losing it! I have been crying all day despite my families support. They have no idea what i'm going through.

What is your go-to food? I can't find anything that inspires me to eat anymore.
