  1. I am 2 weeks post op and my doc told me at my 1 week check up that I could do intensive classes on peloton right away. He said crank up that resistance, get out of the saddle and aim for the 30-45 minute classes. I told him I was nervous to push myself so soon- but he said it is totally fine. I’ve done about 3 intensive classes since my appointment last week and I’ve felt great- no issues! I walk on the other days. My BMI is 49 and I have 150+ lbs to lose to get near an ideal weight . I’m 5’3. Good luck everyone- I’m ready to drop these pounds.

    May Surgeries - check in!

Hey this is my first post. I was just sleeved on May 25th and I had a terrible reaction to the anesthesia and pain meds. I was nauseous for 36 hours straight. Every time I had to move I started dry heaving. They kept giving me anti-nausea meds in my IV every few hours. I finally started feeling better by last night and came home after passing my swollen test and drinking most of my water. Now the nausea is gone but I’m not able to drink much without bad pain which I think is gas from not being about to move much those first 36 hours. I’m scared to drink but know I need to. Did anyone else experience nausea like this?
