Never tested me at all. I told my Dr I vaped. I actually quit for three days after surgery and then right back to it. Its more addictive than cigarettes.

I'm stalled big time. I eat less than 1000 calories a day. Try to get all my Protein. Not doing so good on Water. Has anybody had a long stall? How do you break it?

Thats my favorite flavor!!! 6 weeks post op and still can't drink a cup of coffee. I miss it!!!

My surgery was May 10, 2021. So I'm almost 5 weeks post op. I have done really well until last three days. I have ate all the wrongs foods. Not too much, thank God. But I had no trouble eating them. pizza, a chili dog, onion rings and a few bites of ice cream. I know its just stress eating. I am literally having to jump through hoops for my company to get back to work. Anyways, today is a new day and I am refocused to eat the right things. Just had to share and vent.

I just started pureed. Haven't ate very much though. Are we suppose to wait 30 minutes before drinking? I had to get a sip of Water after I had tuna.

And after I eat I am full of anxiety!!!

Day 6 post op sleeve. I feel great!! I wasn't sure I would reach this point. I have felt pretty yuck most days, yesterday finally pooped. Today my stomach is half its size, all the swelling is gone. I want coffee really bad so I decided to come off Clear Liquids a day early. I am drinking a regular Protein Shake, so far I'm nearly an hour into it. I may give up getting it down and try again later.

I am 4 days Post-op. My stomach is so swollen. Is that normal? Will it go down?

I had surgery 5/10, I’m glad I’m past the 3 days post op. There was no way I could get the recommended amount of Water or Protein down. Pain was steady but manageable, I slept a lot. Evening of day 2 the gas was releasing but was never painful. On day 3 I was able to drink a lot more but the Protein Water doesn’t taste good. Start of day four and I’m back to Protein Shakes and yogurt which is the first real subsidence I’ve had in 5 days. Incisions are healing well also. I’m looking forward to my post op checkup on 5/18 then get to the puréed diet. Good luck all. JMK.

Are you still pretty swollen? I had sleeve 5/10 and I feel like a balloon.

I'm 3 days post op. Been pretty rough so far. I am starting to feel better now. Belly is still really swollen.

I am one day post op. Starting to feel better tonight. Last night was rough.

I have been drinking two to three Protein Shakes a day and some days eating two scrambled eggs. I screwed up last night and ate a cookie. My surgery is May 9th.

They never mentioned nicotine to me, but I'm self pay. I don't smoke but I do vape nicotine.
