About Me
Tired of the yo-yo dieting, the sluggishness, the embarrassment and shame around overeating, I decided to get off the treadmill and have surgery. I know it isn't a quick fix. I know the surgery doesn't do the work, but is only a tool to support me in changing habits. I'm nervous, excited and looking forward to change.
