      How far along are you I am 28 days in. As a male the weight drops off fast but how are you doing?

      I am literally just beginning. I haven't had surgery yet. I am now doing my PCP visits. I have my third one on Friday and I need six. It's for insurance. I'm looking at surgery around August or September. I am ready. I'm nervous but excited about this journey.
