    I am sore, running a low grade temp... super full feeling. I got some protein in today which makes me super happy. I obviously need to keep walking more. It is nice to have people to talk to that are gong through it at the same time!

    I was also told to walk it out, and use a heating pad. I have been doing both, and still struggling.
