So I just started the journey to a better healthy version of me not going to lie it's hard but I know nothing in life comes easy Im very focus on this process and like many others Im looking for someone to talk to who is going through the process or went through it I notice many people in my life are like not really supportive of me losing weight and finding a healthy lifestyle that works for me its super frustrating and annoying and I do my best at blocking them out I just wish I had the support from them. Part of me feel like Im doing something wrong but I know that Im not. So I'm new to this site and don't even know where to start but I feel like I will meet a lot of people on this journey who can give me tips on how to remain focus and not let the negative energy get to me...........Much Thanks
