I am a diebetic,  have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. Im trying to take back my health and not let the first sentence define who I am. I want to be active again without knee issues. Im sure there are tons of things I want to do with my life, but right now it has to start with my decision to have a gastric bypass. Im not as fluid with medical jargon and knowledge of different procedures.  Im here to offer support to others during their journey to take back their health and hopefully recieve some in the process.
