  1. I just got my VSG surgery in May of 2020. Before my surgery I was always on point with my periods. Never late, but now I'm five days late and I'm kind of scared with mixed emotions. I don't want to get my hopes up because for me it would be awesome if I was pregnant, I barely got my surgery 3 months ago and I've lost a total of 68 lbs so far and I read a post on here that supposedly because of the sudden weight loss the IUD might have a probability of moving or shifting or even coming out. I guess my question is has anyone that has had weight loss surgery had this happen to them and is there a possibility that I might be pregnant. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative, but that was 3 days after my missed period. I would love it if I'm pregnant, but also terrified due to the fact that I'm supposed to wait 18 to 24 months to become pregnant after my surgery.
