I didn’t receive narcotic pain medicine I received and anti inflammatory and it worked fine no pain meds needed

I had my sleeve 7/14 date of surgery 259 today 245 one week post op I was 249 so in 2 plus weeks I’ve only been able to lose 4 pounds! It is so discouraging and very frustrating! I thought to the weight would come off faster. Now I’ve lowered my expectations to 12 pounds a month I’m hoping that’s even possible as slow as the weight is coming off! I feel your pain.

O that’s rough! I only had pain a few days my sleeve was 7/14! I did cuddle a pillow to stand , sneeze and sleep! Did you ask your doctor? I know everyone is different but I feel like you shouldn’t be in so much pain you can’t sleep.. gosh I hope you get well soon

I’m the same way I’m on purées food but I’m not eating really although I’m starving. I had my sleeve 7/14 I’m losing very slow. I have trouble getting my Protein and my liquids and I barely have energy! I wanna eat too that’s the worst of it

Cramps when menstruating after gastric sleeve 7/14 this is my first one since having surgery and it is really rough! Am I alone

Is it normal to feel more crappy after you have had gastric sleeve and your menstruateing

I’ve been stalled since week one smh I hope it ends soon I’m going on my 3rd week

I had my gastric sleeve 7/14 day of surgery I was 259 today I am 249 so it’s almost 3 weeks the weight drop is so slow even my doctor said it was.... but it’s encouraging to see I could potentially be down significantly to 237 which still is slower than I thought lol but still encouraging

It’s good to hear I’m not alone! I’m barely consuming 500 calories a day and that’s bc the two Protein Shakes I take: I read so many other people losing so much so fast I’m stuck at the same weight for an entire week... my dr found it odd too but told me to let’s see what happens at my next appointment in two weeks
I was told no exercise for 6 weeks not that I’m looking forward to it lol but I’m walking a lot so I’m surprised my results aren’t more but maybe this is how it happens I’m trying to be positive

Protein intake it’s so hard

It’s odd bc I can be laying down and get dizzy really hard too it sucks

July14th gastric sleeve periodic hard dizziness anyone else have this? What can I do I don’t want to faint

That’s good I have an appointment tomorrow so I can’t wait to ask I can’t survive another week on cream Soup and Protein Shakes lol

My surgery was 7/14 and I feel the same way ! Maybe we had great surgeons lol I’m in pain only getting up or down and I’m struggling to consume my Water and Protein intake I’m not even close

I’m 7 days post op and I would like to eat tuna fish no bread would this be ok
