    I've just discovered a young man on Facebook who does free, live workouts daily. Or you can catch the replay on YouTube. I do the workout for seniors because it's doable for me right now. Check it out: TheGuruofAbs. Fun, easy, just moving more than I have been.

    I am scheduled for sleeve on August 14. I'm waiting for my doctor to set me up with pre-op things such as EKG Etc. I'm disappointed that has not been firmed up but I still have 2 weeks til pre-op diet. They did give me all the info on that. Sure hoping that there are no delays due to Covid!! I'm 68 years old. No time to waste.😀

      Everything will get done. I think because of covid... it's more last minute and some doctors are trying to catch up. I ended up doing a lot the week before. \

    Thank you everyone for your honest and positive responses! I've been wondering The same thing about being home alone. I don't want to impose on my daughters to come and take care of me. They are willing to but I hate to have them travel 400 miles with Covid and all. I'm looking forward to August 14 and my new life.
