Hi I'm Craig from Melbourne Australia.
I've got to where i am by being fit and healthy one day to having a hole in my bowel. That required 7 hours of surgery and a long road back. In that time i lost focus on my health and got down and depressed and weight came. 15 months after the bowel operation i then had two discs in my neck out and a near death experience in a CT machine which resulted in a code blue and having my life saved....while awake and a neck operation followed. Fair to say i got into a dark place after that and totally didn't care about my health weight nothing...My blood pressure issues got worse and other things followed. I regret losing interest in myself and i feel it everyday.
I have a 20 year old son and i want to be here for him so i need help to achieve that.
I'm now here ready to turn it around with a sleeve.
I joined this group as part of my knowing more about the process and connecting with like minded people on the same path as me, share ideas and ups and downs.
Sp me I'm an accountant, single love to travel and I'm a crazy Van Halen nut who fly's anywhere to see them. Was in Vegas in Jan 2020 to see David Lee Roth......
