Hi July folks, just wanted to pop in and say I had my bypass July 10, 2018 so I’m approaching 2 years! I’ve lost 130+ lbs and I’m living my best life! You are all starting on an amazing journey!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I work out with Leslie Sansone too, she is great and there are so many videos. There are some good ones on youtube as well.
Hello Everyone my surgery is scheduled for July 27th. I hope everyone's procedure goes well!

Lady Zae I’m having my VGS on 7/2/2020 too! I’m getting nervous but also getting prepared. I just ordered a number of things from Amazon today. I have my preop labs drawn tomorrow morning.

thanks for the Protein info. I am buying some to try the pops . I dont have a date but I am starting soem changes now .thank you guys for being here

I have my last nutritional appointment Thursday, but called the office to make sure my coordinator had everything she needs. She went ahead and gave me a surgery date of July 14th!!!! Hope it sticks, since my insurance hasn't even been filed yet, but she sounded confident and said I'll need to start my preop diet on 6/30th. So excited!!

Exercising!?....I feel tired and weak mostly, I think I might pass out if I tried to workout.

It's a whole lot better today, don't feel the flu symptoms as much, but I think it's gonna be a long 2 weeks . But totally worth it in the end No pain since I don't have my VGS surgery till July 4th, who knows maybe I'll get lucky and I won't feel any pain then too. lol.

My surgery is scheduled for July 2nd. I'm having VSG and can't wait to get started.

They have them on Amazon, also blueberries and cream which is my favorite so far ❤️ they have a little less Protein than the regular shakes (20g vs 30g) but I feel like it's worth it for how good they are.

True. Soon as I decided to take the leap and get the surgery I knew I need the support for before, during and after. I am so glad I found this place and you guys!

Yay, after reading these forums for the past year I can finally post!
I'll be having my VSG on July 20th, which just happens to be my birthday!

I got a call from my office yesterday and they scheduled my surgery for the 14th of July. So very excited. Its close!

Started two week pre-op diet today. shakes and 2-4 cups veggies from a list only. My well seasoned cucumbers were fabulous. Less excited about the shakes. It is only two weeks though. I can do this! 😊
