Im 2 days out from surgery (June 16th). And I can’t locate the premier clear protein drinks that I should be starting today. Can you substitute other brands, if yes, what?
I ordered Syntrax Nectar protein powder on Amazon which is what my surgeon recommended. Taste great and has good amount of protein to small amount ratio
