UGH -  Just venting/journaling.  Today was a good day, but beating myself up for choices made at work earlier this week.  I have to figure out how to stay on track better and hold ME accountable for my actions.  

Making a conscience decision to make better choices both at home and on the road.  If I can't control myself in social situations, all of these efforts will ultimately be for nothing.  I need to remember that I MODIFIED MY BODY BY CHOICE because nothing else was working.  It's my choice to use this tool I've been given and not waste an opportunity.
