Being able to help my husband build our new fence. I wouldn’t have been able to help much a year ago. Not sure if this is really a good thing 🙄😂

I also love being able to fold into smaller spaces.

Yesterday at my vascular surgeon’s office, one of the front desk staff members was doing my COVID screening at the door and said “I didn’t realize how tiny you are.” At 5’8”, I honestly can’t recall ever being called tiny. 😂

Catwoman is right. Lots of factors go into amount and appearance of loose skin as you lose weight. Everyone is different. Here is my take:

I have loose skin on my tummy, completely deflated boobs, the loose skin on my very toned thighs jiggles as I walk, and my butt🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ The loose skin on my butt causes me to feel like I am sitting on something lumpy all the time. The butt issue is really the only thing uncomfortable for me. The rest is cosmetic only.

I am also the healthiest I have been in my life. I am no longer diabetic. My blood pressure is on the low side of normal and my cholesterol is perfect without any medications (I took meds for both, before). I no longer have sleep apnea.
I am scheduled for plastic surgery at the end of May, but I would still be ecstatic with my new body, even if I could not have plastic surgery. My husband is very supportive and we laugh a lot about my loose skin. Other than true body-con clothing, you can’t see the loose skin in my clothes. I would rather have good health than the ability to wear body-con clothes. Check out my pics below. I lost 120 pounds-ish.

I will say, at some phases during my weight loss process, I did have some pretty bad dysmorphia related to the lumps and bumps from loose skin, but it did get better.

All the best to you as you lose weight. 😊

Smoked flap steak, smoked chicken breast, and smothered broccoli. Husband finished a piece of steak for me. So good!

Per husband’s request, a Keto take on chicken parmigiana (no breading on chicken). It was delicious with Caesar salad. I had one small chicken breast cutlet with the sauce and cheese, plus some salad. 😋😋

I am somewhat sad to say, I did not have sushi recently. Everyone’s sushi looks so good😍😍😍😍
Dinner—smoke salmon with salad. Hubby took care of the last few bites of salmon
Dessert—berry ricotta cake. I had a huge slice and ate the whole piece. About 1/8 of the cake. So yum! 😋😋😋😋😋😋

dinner and dessert. I had to use the egg yolks from the meringues, so I made a sugar free custard. As always, I ate all of it 🐽🐽🐽🐽

My version of the sugar free meringues. This photo makes them look very brown. They are not nearly as dark in real life...and I turned the oven off at 1 hour ten minutes. They are tasty, but the “sugar” is still has a granular texture. I used granulated Swerve. Maybe next time I will try the confectioners sweetener. Also, I will use much less sweetener next time, (like half) as they are too sweet for my taste. I will still eat them, but less sweet will be better for my taste. I think hubby will gobble them up 😬😊

Thank you for sharing, @BigSue! 💕
