Thanks guys, am so glad am not alone on this, I guess there Is' still hope for me, have been stalled for 3weeks now, I just need the scale to shift a little so that I don't get to discouraged, ve increased my exercise and intake of Water maybe that might help too

I was weighing 260 pounds before my Vsg and am 5 weeks post opp now but am just 240 pounds lost only 20 pounds since,my weight seems stalled and am doing everything instructed. I even find it really hard to get my Protein in but I stiil do and I realized the weight stalled when I changed to soft foods, someone pls help me am so depressed and discouraged don't know what to do again
