What is the best 1 a day multi vitamin to take after vsg surgery i cant keep up with all the stuff to take so im running really behind on my vitamins looking for a great 1 a day any help is appreciated

I have severe stomach acid and it wont go away it comes and goes as it pleases any body have this i dont get the heart burn and i cant throw up it just burns in my stomach any help is appreciated went to the hospital they said drink lots of 1% milk to give me a better lineing in my stomach once again any help is appreciated

Im 8 months post op and sometimes when i eat thick soups or certain food after about 1-2 hours i get Severe pains in my stomach area it feels like my stomach is burning and trying to stretch it last for about 3-5 hours anyone else get this any tips on how to deal with the pain? Any medication that can help it go away. Thank you.
