  1. I’m almost 8 months post op. I’ve lost 120 pounds so far. Since December, ive started to slow down drastically. I’m currently at a stall & I’m SO incredibly frustrated. I’m working out, I get my Protein, I track my foods, I get my Water in. What did you do? How did you break your stall?

I go in tomorrow for my surgery. Nervous, Nervous, Nervous and trying to pass the time and keep my mind busy, because it's nothing but fluids today. My husband will be about to enter with me and meet me at recovery, but not allowed once I get a room. This replies are helping me out, like you can't believe.

    Good luck!! ❤️

Yes, me too!!! I'm scheduled for 7/23.... one minute, I am so excited and the next minute, I'm thinking "what the hell am I doing!"

Yes!! I’ve been pretty chill about the whole thing, up until the last couple days. I feel like I’m second guessing myself!

Yes! I just had an ultrasound last week and the doctor said i had a liver lesion. I’m scheduled for an MRI this Saturday. I hope everything is fine because I’m scheduled for vsg surgery on April 1st.

Im waiting to schedule mine currently! I have surgery scheduled for April 7th. I’m hoping all turns out well for you!! 💕

Define lesion. :) I have incidentalomas all over me: liver, adrenals, lungs, etc. But they just watch them and they are nothing. The one on my liver is a cyst about the size of a large grape. They called it a lesion on an U/S.

All they said was that tney found a lesion. They believe it’s benign, but they want to an mri still.

Congratulations on your date! Honestly, there was more discomfort than pain. The most pain I had was stomach cramping from gas, but the easiest way to get rid of that is to WALK WALK WALK. You will be uncomfortable, but you gotta. I didn't end up taking any pain meds at all besides what they gave me during surgery, but everyone is different.

As for veggies, I wasn't either, but your taste buds DO change a little. Things you loved before you won't be able to stand, and you'll start craving more healthy foods. I'm eating more veggies now than I ever did before, and I actually enjoy the tastes of them now.

However, you're gonna focus on Protein for a while. My surgeon and dietitian has me on a 2:1 ratio. Twice the Protein to the veggies, and I have to eat the protein first and then finish filling up on veggies.

❤️ Good luck with your surgery! ❤️

    Thank you so much!!

  7. I have a surgery date for the beginning of April! I’m so excited and completely overwhelmed. I’m expecting some pain or discomfort? Did it hurt? What was your pain level? I’m not a huge veggie person, so I’m nervous about that too. Anything to help ease my mind would be wonderful!
