Does anyone feel like throwing up after a meal?

Yes! My problem when that happens is that I have forgotten and drink something directly after eating. I feel like I am going to throw up immediately but often cant. I can imagine that this might be how bulimics feel in some way. But if you are feeling like you have to throw up, try eating smaller meals or going back to liquids etc. It could be that you have a sour stomach or something else is up. If it continues even after that, talk to your team etc.

5 days pre op and suddenly woke up with monthly friend

Omg!! Me to... I haven't seen my friend in about 4 months and 1 week after surgery she decided to visit!!! I believe that is a good sign that are body's are heading in the right direction..... -
Idk why but my moods are crazy!!! One moment am fine next moment am sad another moment am mad as hell!! I had my surgery almost 4 weeks ago! Next moment am crying kind of depressed is this normal? Does anyone else feel like this?☹️😞
