    Hey, I am 4 days post op VSG and Im still experiencing terrible upper chect pain.

    i can sleep and im exhuated. standing and walking is my only mild refief.

    Im still on stage 1 clear, because i can barely retain my fluids. The PO tylenol makes me gag.

    Please any suggestions.
