About Me
I once lost 60 pounds in 6 months on the old Atkins diet and kept it off for 2 years. Then 2 pregnancy’s later, menopause and now back to even heavier than when pregnant. It’s so hard following Keto with 2 kids in the house to feed so I am hoping the VSG will give me the boost I need.
