    No CATWOMAN7 I am not a my 600lb participant. I am a regular person that had surgery a month ago, I was 225 lbs and a month from the 6th of Feb I am down 26 lbs just want to know if loosing the weight takes time that it.

    MrsSnapBack I haven't lost 28 lbs I had my surgery a month from today and as of today i have lost 26 lbs is that normal and is the losing the weight takes time.

    Good morning everyone I had surgery on 1/6/20 tomorrow is going to be a 1 month since my surgery, I am in my 5 week diet phase my question is can I eat whole wheat bread with turkey but what kind of cheese any suggestions. Please advise and thank you, also can I eat whole wheat with avocado.

    Hello everyone my name is Raquel I had gastric sleeve surgery two weeks ago I got through the first stage the liquid diet now I am in the second stage the puree food, is it okay to eat tripe soup I mean blended. Please confirm or please help with suggestion on other puree food. thank you,
