2/21/2020 - Pre-op labs, EKG, and chest x-ray completed 

2/26/2020 - Pre-op class 

3/9/2020 - IUD, stopped Blisovi 

4/1/2020 - Surgery Postponed due to COVID 19. (I switched jobs/insurance providers in order to have surgery, so things are now on hold for at least a year until I am eligible for FMLA under my new employer.)
