Starwarsandcupcakes got a reaction from summerseeker in 800 calories
I didn’t read all the replies but 800 calories doesn’t sound like a lot until you break it down and supply your diet with nutrient dense foods over energy dense ones. Here’s what I would do for an 800 calorie day-
Breakfast- 6tbsp egg whites, a medium diced Tomato, 2 cups of fresh spinach and 1oz reduced fat cheddar with 1/2 cups blueberries
Lunch- a tuna packet mixed with 1tbsp light mayo, on one slice 35calorie Keto bread with 2 cups salad greens and half a cup sliced cucumber
afternoon snack- Protein Shake
dinner- chili made with 1/2 cup canned kidney Beans, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup diced onion, and 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
dessert- 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt mixed with sugar free, fat free pudding mix.
Total count- 803 calories, 77g carbs (24.5g fiber), 16g fat, 95g Protein

Did an intense leg workout followed by a slow jog on the treadmill. Then it was time for dinner.
We had pesto chicken sandwiches for dinner, with air fried breaded chicken breast, pesto, melted cheddar and sliced heirloom tomatoes.
I grabbed a half (already had bitten into it as you can see)
How I did:
Not sufficient Protein obv, will have a Protein Shake before bed.

ok here's a weird one lol.
went to yoga, pilates, nail appt, botox appt, then grocery shopping this morning/afternoon.
i didn't eat before i left (which is normal), then came home around 3:30pm still on an empty stomach (not so normal)...and only realized i was STARVING when i finally got home omg.
it was slim pickings in the fridge/pantry and was too hungry to order out, so just threw together what was available:
1 avocado, 3 tbsp of 4-day old cannedtuna with mayo (yikes), chilli oil & ginger-scallion sauce. 511 cals for it all.
spoiler alert: it wasn't very appetizing. ate like 2/3? (basically until i wasn't hungry anymore). and was done.
kinda wish i just waited and ordered something yummier. feels/felt like such a waste of stomach real estate, ugh.
oh well. at least im not starving anymore.

Weighed myself today and saw that I lost weight after stabilizing for almost 3 months, yikes.
So ice cream it was, took the kids for an after dinner ice cream run and decided to have one myself. I was reluctant and decided to lick some off theirs because I didn’t want to dump, but after driving around and deciding that it was a really good soft serve, and I would eat some and toss the rest away if needed, I went back and grabbed one.
Fortunately the soft serve machine ran out of ice cream and I ended up with 1/3 of the portion (divine intervention I tell ya) so this was what I was left with, ate it all! (Also cracked the waffle cone that was sticking out and threw it away, nobody has time to dump this late)

I made a turkey butt cake for family thanksgiving this past weekend.
Also used the rest of the cake batter to make cupcakes, then made cheesecake brownies, a pumpkin pie, a cheesecake pumpkin pie, apple pie sandwiches (pastry top par cooked and then the bottoms topped with pie filling and then par baked then topped and baked the rest of the way), Peanut Butter chocolate rice crisp treats, and my 12yr old made cake pop balls.
