Here I am at my highest and my lowest let me know what you think. Starting weight 387 current weight 230. Just bought my first pair of 36 jeans down from a size 50. And still losing yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the response Aj. I kinda figured this is how it would be. Im the same way. If i want i can load up on junk, but obviously want the good Proteins. And theyre much more filling.
Thank you about the weight lose. its been a ride for sure.
As far as skin, well here is a picture. im good in my arms and everywhere but im lower stomach. its bad there. But hopefully i can save for surgery.

I had bypass on 12/31. Still on Clear Liquids until January 22nd. I’ve lost 18 lbs in 13 days. I can’t wait for the purée stage.

Great job Steve. I had surgery the same day and finally feeling better. I love hearing about what you’re eating. I’m on liquids until 1/22.

Hi Friends, my surgery went well and I’m home and in a lot of pain. I had to come home with a drainage bag. It’s awful and luckily I have a good husband to help me because I can’t even look at it. Happy New Year.

my surgery is tomorrow. New year and new me. I have to drink the magnesium citrate and am having trouble getting thru it. It’s so sweet. Anyway, I’m so nervous. How many days after surgery did you feel a little better? I’ve heard a lot of people have nausea and they I’m worried about that.

I had no nausea at all , and felt ok from day 1, and because of my age , and medical history , the surgeon said I was a bit of a risky case , but I was fine after my surgery . As long as you do as they tell you, you should be fine . We can’t generalise because everybody is different of course . I wish you all the best on your journey . 🙂
