I'm in week two of my liquid diet. Two more weeks to go. It's so odd how we all have different time lengths for pre-op diets. I really hope my liver shrinks some before surgery. The first 3 days I lost 7 lbs, in the next week I lost 6.3 more. My surgery goal was to lose 14 total so I'm almost there with two weeks to go. It feels soooo far away.

Has anyone ever tried the Bulk supplements Protein powder?? Trying to decide which one to go with. There's so many choices! ARGH

Wow, my surgeons office has is all on a month long liquid diet before surgery. I'm on week two. I've never wanted a cheeseburger so bad in my life lol.

Wow I need to get with the program. My surgery is the 21st and all I have is a blender, immersion blender, and Water mixes. I'm so broke though I doubt I'll be able to get all that. I'm on week 2 of the Optifast diet and that's 120$ a week. And my car has to go in the shop Saturday. So yeah.... That looks like a nice air fryer though. I'd like to try one eventually. What kind is that? Best of luck!!!
