For anybody wanting to know I had my gastric bypass done in Tijuana Mexico by Pompeii Surgical. My surgeon was Dr.Q and I have has no problems since. I've lost 51lbs since surgery on October 16th 2019. Their process was easy by applying for it , then getting approved to have a weightloss procedure , to applying for financing . I separated feburary of 2020 and started a new relationship a month after. Everything has been great besides my beau's ex girlfriend has been harassing and stalking me . I already got the police involved. We just dont know what anybody is capable of nowadays. Like that creepy saying , if I cant have him no one can kind of thing. I'm excited to be so close to my goal weight. I had my surgery done in Mexico back on October 16th 2019 with Pompeii Surgical. I also follow their patients support group and wanted to update on here for those looking to get the gastric bypass! My Stats: Starting weight- 256lbs at 5'9" and 48inch waist.Ring size 12 then , shoe size 11.5 also. Now I'm- 167lbs at 5'8" and a 30 inch waist. Ring size 9 now, shoe size 9 also. Zero complications from surgery! I'm loving my new me! Goal weight is under 150lbs ! I'm also training to join my local Sheriffs Office to become a deputy ! I had my RNY back on October 16th 2019 and I started at 256lbs now I'm 170lbs. But my average monthly loss is roughly 17 pounds a month. Is this good or average ? My goal weight is 150. And I'm almost there. I am also 5'9" . Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

Dont worry , I'm just now breaking a month long plateau. What I'm doing that helps is walking outside around the neighborhood twice a day to get into shape . And I check my weight twice a day as well but I'm not crazy over the scale. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

ok this i have discussed alot trying to figure it out. I was 252lbs heaviest before my gastric bypass back in October and i was never a person to feel cold unless its snowing outside. And i live in south central Texas , but the thing is now that i had my surgery and lost just about 40lbs, im always feeling cold and what makes it worse is the current time of year and my parents always have the thermostat set to 60-65F IN THE HOUSE even during winter! HELP!

My name is Yvonne , I'm 29 years old and I'm from Texas. I have one child that is 5 years old going to be 6 soon and shes my only one so far. I been wanting bariatric surgery since I was 16 because weight has always been in control of my life. I previously lost 86lbs on my own but regained it after I got out of the Army. I started at a 48 inch hip and I'm a 38 now . My waist was a 44 or 45 and now it's a 36 inch

I hope so too. It's annoying when you have a spot on your back right in the middle of it where you cant message it but barely find relief of any kind

I only take them occasionally which are my tums but I'm going to go shopping for a acid reducer. I did regularly take Zantac but it was recalled. Which sucks.
