  1. I wish I could but I'm allergic to adhesive. The patches would literally burn my skin off. I may try one without the extra iron and see if I can tolerate that. Some is better than none I would think

    Nausea Trouble

I have been nauseous since starting the vitamins we're required to take. I'm talking so bad that I have to force ice chips and sips of liquid to stay down. It's absolutely miserable to be nauseous like this. I've looked at the ginger candy but it has loads of sugar so can't do that. They had me hold my protein shakes to see if that was the cause but it wasn't. I was completely fine until I started the vitamins. I'm waiting to hear from my doctor to see if there's an alternative for me
  3. Wow! You all are doing so good! I was sleeved 12/24 and am only down 9 pounds since surgery. I'm constantly nauseous and am beginning to think it's the vitamins we're required to take because I was breezing through until I started those week 3. I cannot stand to be nauseous!!! I am in phase 3 of the post-op diet which is the soft food stage. I am able to eat about 1.5 ounces of tuna or egg but chicken makes me gag the minute I smell it. Hearing everyone else's results makes me think I'm not doing something right :(

    December 2019 Sleeves

We can do it!! I have found that being back at work has helped me tremendously to keep my mind off the hunger. I always thought people were crazy when they talked about "Head Hunger" but it's oh so real and so is the struggle. Hang in there twin 🤗

    December 2019 Sleeves

@fit.kelz I had mine Christmas Eve too! I'm on clear liquids until hopefully Monday when I see the dietitian again but I'm struggling too. I'm so sick of shakes too and all broth/ramen flavored water make me gag now. I've done well physically so far but yesterday the nausea started getting bad to where I'm having to fight to keep anything down even with zofran. I have really bad heartburn too but they say that's normal. I really hope to be released to pureed food Monday because the liquid is going to get the best of me soon.

    Fitness trackers

Personally I would get whatever watch corresponds with your phone. I've thrown so much money at Fitbit and after my 6th one in 3 years died I said NO MORE!! I got the apple watch and haven't looked back! Even though I really loved my Fitbit products, they are NOT worth what you pay for them so you might as well spend a little extra and get something that's going to last.
