    Does anyone else feel like they can drink fluids all day without a problem of feeling full? Only food gets me full after a few bites, but fluids I can just sip all day with no feeling of full. I do wait 30 minutes between to eat after drinking and vice versa but if I dont eat I can drink no problem. 🤔

    Sometimes weight loss is slowed due to not being able to eat or get enough fluids. Your body can go into starvation mode and try to save the weight. It’s normal. Once you start getting in proper nutrition and fluids weight loss will pick back up. Good luck hun!!
