What type of bras do you get after weight loss? I'm currently a size 34dd (33.5 inch under bust 40 inch bust) I tried many different bras but whenever I bend down I fall out on top. This is extremely annoying especially at work when I keep having to fix myself.

I love blending frozen mangos and strawberries with greek yogurt the problem is it gives me sugar spike and makes me hungry. What other alternatives can use that doesn't have as many sugars. I don't like the texture of yogurt so it needs to be something frozen and with flavor

Hey guys today is my 3 year surgeversity and let me tell you it's been a crazy journey with many ups and downs!!!
I'm 5'2" I had the sleeve done on aug 16 2017, at age 19. Surgery weight was 275 lbs. At 1 year post op I reached 168 lbs. After that began my struggling I would notice my weight start to go up and I would yoyo diet. I realized that being I was pretty young and naive I never listened to my surgeons instructions and advice. For the last 2 years my weight has been fluctuating between 165 and 185. Typically I'm in the 170's. Although I never even got to a bmi out of obese range when I get to 160's I'm pretty happy. If anyone feels like their surgery isn't a success (which I felt in the past) just look where you came from, yes I'm still obese but I'm 100 pounds lighter!
In feb this year I got really sick I was 177 and I went down to 164. I was so excited and really wanted it to stay there and possibly go down even more but then covid hit... I went back up to 178. 3 weeks ago I started feeling really sick again I had no appetite and crazy abdominal pain. I went down to 174 and eventually went to the er they discovered I had a large hemmorogic cyst on my ovary and they couldn't see blood flow to the ovary. I was rushed into emergency surgery. They tried to do it laparoscopic (small incisions and fill with air) but they couldn't so they made a 6 inch incision. Luckily for me the ovary ended up being fine but recovery has been a struggle. I had crazy swelling of 6 inches around my tummy and severe pain and nausea. Luckily at 2 weeks out the swelling has mostly gone down and I currently weigh 171. But I can not for the life of mine eat I'm super nauseous all the time and have terrible stomach cramps. The only things I can tolerate are chips and Cookies. I'm really worried that once the nausea goes away I'll be used to eating junk and start the trend of gaining weight again. Also I have no energy because my body isn't getting any nutrients I'm on 6 medication because of surgery! Anybody have any ideas for healthy foods while nauseous? I would really appreciate feedback and advice if anyone went through similar experiences.

Been kinda on and off with tracking it's super tough being in quarantine with 12 ppl even when my eating is not that great I make sure to get my steps in over 13,000 a day as far as the scale goes I'm staying btw 169-171. Every time I promise myself to track it only lasts about a day until I get "mad at the world" I definitely have an emotional eating problem. I'm trying to stay sane and strong hopefully this lockdown will be over soon it's pretty tough here in NYC!Hey chayarg, its been a while...it IS tough during quarantine when we just sit around at home all day
Are you still tracking food and your weight?
I had sort of slacked off a bit...I still track, but not as meticulously as I did 2 months ago. And I had basically stopped running for 3 months after PS. And I would sometimes miss a daily weigh in or two. As a result, I gained a few pounds. So I went back to tracking everything, started running again (no more PS open wounds, yay!), stopped eating past 7pm, and made sure I got on the scale every morning. I knew this routine worked for me, so I figured I should get back to it.
(ASIDE: Now that I think of it, my slacking sort of coincides with my sabbatical from BP...co-incidence?)
Anyhoo, I'm rooting for you to continue your downward trend ️ #youCanDoIt
P.s. when I get mad I lock myself in the bathroom (only private room in the house, I share my bedroom with 3 ppl) and i blast music and dance that usually calms me down a bit and I burn some calories in the process

Hey how are you all doing. Over the past month during #quarantine my weight has been going up and down like crazy as high as 173 and as low as 164 currently it's back up to 171 . I worked really hard today to stay focused eat healthy and workout. Hopefully I can continue this trend and see the scale go down again. I was so close to reaching a bmi less than 30 so that I am no longer obese I need to be 163.

Back in action lol. Was in England and Hungary had a grand time. food and drink was a very big issue I should have planned it out better. I tried to eat as "healthy" as possible but constantly on plane it in car. Also had a hard time finding drinks with Sweetener everything had sugar even Water was hard to find not sparkling. At the end of the day I weigh 169. Which is about a 3 pound gain. I'm not too upset about it I'm getting right back on track.
P.s. still having some issues with ovarian cyst l. I'm living on pain meds for back pain and hormonal headaches. Got my period after 20 days with last month 25 days previously I was always perfectly regular with 28 day cycles so trying to get to bottom of it.

Kind of a bed but they put me in pediatric so the "bed" is too shortDid they check you in (like are you in a bed) or are you in the waiting room?
Waiting sucks. But waiting in a waiting room is like the 7th circle of hell.
