Yay for all of us! I’m scheduled for February 4th to have the sleeve done and will be having it done in Puerto Vallarta .. I’m excited as well but am terrified all at once! I have a very supportive husband who has seen my weight fluctuate so much in the past 6 years and has never made me feel unattractive or undesirable. With that said, I want to do this for him as much as it is for myself. I want to feel attractive so I can make him happier! I also have really bad family genes.. my mom died 10 years ago at 60 of heart disease and I don’t want to suffer the same horrible fate she did so I decided to take control and do all I can to live a long and healthy life. Cheers to everyone who has decided to take control as well! We all should be so happy that this option is available:)

I’ll be February as well. I don’t have an exact date yet but I know it will be the end of February.

I have tried beef Bone Broth in a couple of different brands; I don't care for it. I like the swanson chicken bone broth, and a kind I got on Amazon; Kettle and Fire Chicken bone broth and the Kettle and Fire chicken with mushroom. I've honestly never cared for Jello, hoping after surgery I can get some down. I wish there were more interesting sugar-free flavors.

Just had my first Protein Drink. Unjury unflavored powder with a BodyArmor superdrink. Only 8 oz. It took me 40ish minutes, but I did it! I'll wait another 10 and start on Water. Want to stay hydrated.
All fluids count towards my total 64 oz, right? Even the Protein drink?

Congratulations on all the February surgeries. Mine was Feb and successful the biggest issue I have for the las few days has been gas in my tummy. My biggest incision is really sore too. Otherwise, I'm very grateful for this 2nd chance at life to care for my health and body much better than I did before. Not only am I on a new journey. I'm on a mission for Positive change ❤️👌

I’m just ready to heal. My energy level is good. I was able to eat a chew multi Vitamin and kept it down. Day three, just feeling uncomfortable, not really a lot of pain. Just sore. Today I ate Isopure, chicken noodle Soup broth, lots of Water sips. My body is definitely healing and I’m not as Leary feeling today as I was day one, thank God. Also, walked three flights of stairs day two to get into my apt. I was shocked that it wasn’t that bad.

Glad to hear you are healing! Keep us posted; you have an audience of people who want the details, unlike probably our friends and families...

Congratulations to all the February survives that are scheduled. I pray all are feeling well and there are no obstacles in us being able to reach all of our weight loss goals. Good luck to everybody. Surgery in the morning. Super excited to begin my new journey.

Unless my surgery is scrubbed because of this head cold, I am having my sleeve tomorrow! So by this time tomorrow, hopefully, the surgery will be behind me and the real work begins. One good thing about this cold is I am not at all hungry, so getting through the end of the pre-op diet was pretty easy. The best part of the cold, though, I am now more nervous about NOT having the surgery, than having the surgery!
