Great job ! 3 beats 1 missing..lol I get the same rhythm after morning caffine , 2-3 cups of coffee. I hear my heart beat every beat due to Tenitis. Be Well. -

You seriously need labs and a few tests like, NOW. -
Drink standing up helps then walk around a little bit, especially after/Protien shake consumption. Also dont get scared if you start dropping 2lbs a day. Just hit your h2o and protien goals and you'll do fine.

No. I make a regular pot of coffee ,pour an 8oz cup and use the protein drink like u would a creamer about 1oz. I usually drink the rest after my coffee . -

If Steri-Strips are used to close or support an incision then they should fall off in about a week or so. If they are still in place after 10 days, usually it is safe to be removed by the patient, unless the healthcare provider has said not to, as some wounds might need more time to heal properly. -

I have 2 titanium hip joints that ached for a few weeks. Lots of walking and starting to build new muscle although verry slowly seems to be doing the trick for pain. No meds. -
