I am glad to hear back from you . I know it could be rough at first but the day will come when you look back at this day and be so grateful for the new life that is odviously ahead of you. sorry it took me so long to notice your reply.. you know you can message me anytime with any questions or concerns I have been on this forum for three months before I even had surgery and on it at least 6 hours everyday at work . so im here for you....just keep drinking water,water,and more water it is soooo important......

so disappointed ...I crave pizza every I mean every Friday I was hoping there was hope. it's my one weakness...

i'm 4 months out .. I want pizza too ...what kind was that?

Wow thank you so much for asking! I am doing alright... 🙂 I didn’t tell anybody that I was having surgery- I took a week vacation from work and I didn’t tell my parents or siblings (or any extended family) ... so other than hospital staff you are the very first person to ask me how I’m doing... and I might be a little emotional because it made me tear up

Yes I was taking pictures until the scale stopped moving... Met my new bariatric surgeon today since my move so nice he told me to give myself a break and to be kind to myself. Referred me to counseling and to see a nutritionist. So I'm gonna start getting into the swing of things again. Putting myself first is the upmost importance 🥰

Look at this as a blessing and a jump start into the "new you"..... Are you taking pictures?? You have too. We don't always see the WL in a mirror or on a scale, although im a slave to the scale....
I was married to my now ex for 26 years.... found out that after Band SX and i was losing weight he cheated. He stopped having sex with me... was telling me he had zero sex drive.... Lies.... My gut said he was cheating... but he denied it....
Anyway.... when a door closes, it has to open sooner or later...

No no no ...You have come too far and gone through too much to let anyone ..not even yourself sabotage this journey .. put ALL situations on time out ,walk the dog, go back to basics with the dinners ,do yoga, breathing exercises whatever you have to do and as far as the job goes it is my experience that bosses as well as others can smell lack of confidence and if anything that's the problem. So GET IT TOGETHER,YOU GOT THIS......
