Just started the process. Excited and scared at the same time. Looking forward to feeling better, moving better and looking better. I suffer from 2 types of arthritis and severe nighttime acid reflux, plus high blood pressure. The latter two afflictions became an issue as I gained weight from low mobility because of the arthritis. I take medications to slow down the progression but because of my weight gain it's been harder on the joints. It's a viscous circle.
