Oh no I'm sorry, it is a time full of major changes! My relationship has gotten better (I"M 10 mos out) but He goes to all support meetings and participated and tries to really learn. Tell him that you don't want this to hurt your relationship and that you would like him to come with you, and learn about what people go through, and how things change. Tell him you want to change and grow with him by your side. -

You can do it! sounds like You are emotionally grieving right now hardcore. Keep your eye on the prize do your liquid first don't freak on the protein part yet. Outshine no sugar added popsicles r wonderful very tasty, and count as liquid. Contact your bariatric team for some support. Try learning meditation and try listening to DR. Duc Voung or BJ FOGG, both are great. You will feel amazing soon! -

Does anyone else have trouble coughing after surgery, it is like I have to cough, but can't cough hard enough, so it's multiple light coughs, not sure if it's because my tummy is so small now, does this make sense?

call the Dr. Also see if you can get yourself unstuffed, I think they only postpone if u have a fever. Rest, water, warm tea, vics vapor rub, extra vitamins, maybe some zicam too. I hope everything goes on as scheduled! -
get some papaya enzyme tabs they are awesome n take away the uncomfortable feeling, and the slimes

I think that you should check in with your Dr. or Bariatric program, but a lot of changes are going on with you, a lot of people get emotional, your hormones are in an uproar. -

I know people who have been alone and have done fine. For the most part you will be very tired and just want to rest up, keep a phone nearby and ask a friend or neighbor to check in on you. -
nose runs when eating/drinking

I am 8 mos out when I started changing to solid food I notice when I eat my nose starts to run, someone told me that was my que to stop eating, but now it's going it when I drink, am I drinking too soon after eating, or am I drinking too much?
