Today I could tie my shoes without havung to sit down. I could still easily breathe. Gosh that was nice.

Donated about 80 Shirts that are too large on me. 

Pretty much decreased my wardrobe by 80% and have only a few items. 

Guess I'll be doing laundry more.

So today was my monthly Costco run and i am trying a new protein drink.

plant based (Peas) instead of whey based.  I really really hate peas so i was worried but it is not bad.  Not as "smooth" i guess is the term i am searching for. The whey based was very creamy and smooth and the Pea based one not to the same degree.

I will use the whole 18 pak over the next few weeks and see if i just get used to the new mouth feel.

Just saw a YouTube vid about Beyonce's health routine to prep for Coachella: She was 175 lbs. I now know where I need to stay under... the Beyonce weight limit 😂

Claiming that today I will not be "mind hungry!"
