    60 lbs down!!

@Jay R I actually don’t count my calories(I know bad) I just eat when I’m hungry and until I’m full. But I workout 5 days a week so I’m assuming that helps.

  6. What did you guys eat for your first “regular” good meal? I’m so excited but scared! Would low carb tortillas be okay?
  7. So I’m 5 weeks out and I noticed some days, even though I eat the same thing... I’ll get horrible pain in my back and burp then I end up throwing up then I’m fine. Anyone else experience this. I don’t think I’m eating too much. I measure out my food. Anyone else have that?

    Pureed Diet! Wooohooo!

I had eggs beaters with a little salt and pepper. It was very good. I was too scared to be adventurous lol

    * HELP HOW many days in hospital???

I stayed one night. I was up and walking and eating real well. I did have a lot of nausea the first night after surgery but that passed the next morning. The nurse actually told me I would be there 3 nights at least due to nausea and throwing up. Nope, surgeon came in that morning and said I was doing great and I could go home that afternoon. I felt 100 times better at home.

    Heart rate

I’ve noticed the days following surgery, my heart date has been a little higher than normal. Its normally between 70-85 but now it’s like mid to high 90s... when I’m in heat, it’s over 100, not but much. Anyone have this happen? I have no idea if the blood thinner will make it high or not.

    Full liquids

What are you guys allowed to have on your full liquids diet? I had gastric bypass. I drained soul this morning and ate the broth and omg 🥰🥰 but I’m having a really hard time getting my 70g of protein in. Recommendations? Thanks :)
