    Had the sleeve procedure 7/3/19. I’ve been vegetarian over 15 years, moving from vegan to vegetarian a few times. Vegan is much better! I find dairy causes a lot of inflammation and so I had to kick the cheese, which I loved. I like the substitutes. Even nutritional yeast can give that cheesy flavor I like.
