  1. Thank you so much for responding. The weight is not coming off as quickly as I thought and especially for as little as I eat. I am constantly very constipated and have to rely on lactulose and suppositories. In six weeks I have only dropped 10 lbs but have lost 11 inches. Any suggestions? Can you tell me what a typical day of eating looks like for you? Are you still on liquid or puree foods?
  2. I am a newbie. It's been 3 weeks and I'm never hungry but miss flavor. I have been trying to introduce a few things like eggs, cheese, ground hamburger and turkey. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Sugar free popscicles and premier shakes are my go to's. I have worried I'm not eating enough and my body will think it's in starvation mode and hang onto everything I eat. I have only lost 6 lbs since the day of surgery and I am worried it won't work. Lot's of anxiety hope it mellows out.
  3. I am new to forums and not very comfortable, so forgive me if I rattle on. It has been 3 weeks since I had my gastric bypass surgery. I have felt great for most of the time but I'm not sure I'm eating enough. I have introduced soft foods into my diet and even had a couple of bites of a meat. I track what I eat using My Fitness Pal and I have my goal set to 800 calories a day. I have my protein set at 35% (70g), Carbs 30% (60g) and Fat at 45% (31g). Can anyone tell me what my grams or percentages should be in a day? I have been having some discomfort the past few days and I'm not sure if it is due to my diet and introduction to foods or tenderness from getting dry heaves. HELP!
