    Revision Lapband to RNY

I'm officially at 60 pounds since surgery. I have stalls but always stick with it. I eat a fair share of all carbs. I walk 1 mile atleast 3 days a week I dont over exercise and surely cant over eat. Low carb is not for me so I do low fat and still enjoy some carbs! I find that if I miss vitamen my weightloss slows down. Also if I eat less than 300 calories a day is when I start to stall. I always drink 108-112oz of water a day!

I had gastrophoresis also the RNY such great help I havnt had one stomach infection. Obesity Coverage.com can give u an Ideal of how ,such more u will lose. My friend went from close to goal on sleeve to RNY she is losing but its slower. She speed it up after 4 months by doing low carb high fat and it seems to work miracles she is quickly getting to a great weight.

    Oh , Cheese balls!

lol this is skinny pop popcorn for me! I bought me 1/4 cup storage containers and that's what I allow myself. I always measure. I have made a special cabinet for me tho. No bad stuff allowed in mine and all bad stuff must be hidden in the others haha

    Help

I take cheap vitamins! haha I use Flinstones Complete because if you co pare centrum complete has the same components and nutritions says its great. I also use Caltrate bone and health D3 600 calcium. walmart brand B complex and I do add Magnesium glycinate 400 chewable just to keep me regular because I dont like to take milk of mag and believe I stay away from food that may result in dumping syndrome now way in haities do I want to expeience that! (splenda does not give me dumping) Ive lost 78pounds since January 29th and 47 pounds since day of surgery 4/10/19 (8weeks). if I slack on vitamins I stall its wierd so I dont miss anymore! I had 1 complication it was a kidney stone but I heard its rare painful but rare amd mostly guys develop them. my doc says prob because I already had kidney issues to begin with so he doesnt really consider it complication. I consider my surgery complication free! I love it. Im only 36 and best decision ever! I used to rely on food. i find myself chewing up a piece of meat and spitting it out now thinking what the heck I dont want this right now. its totally cool but wierd!

    Revision Lapband to RNY

I am 8 weeks po GLB to RNY stayed in hospital 2 days and was fine on my own. Took pain meds and drank fluids for 2 weeks. My mother was a few miles away and available to drive me to Surgeons office if complication that was a contract had to sign with dr that I had someone to drive me with in 2 weeks. I hurt to get up and down but I tried to walk every hour, pee, and replace my water and protein drink while I was up. Laying in bed was only hard part and honeslt I slept in a recliner for 2 weeks anyways it was more comfy. Good luck we will be here for support.
