let's say you have a 11 fluid once protein shame with 25 milligrams of protein are you supposed to eat in in a hour or longer? -
i was scheduled to have my sleeve on the 5th of june but it was pushed back to the 11th tomorrow.. i have prepared myself for as best i can for this life changing operation...

i had to go through 6 months for my insurance had to get a endoscopy heart exam and psyche exam -
hi i am on a 12 day pre-opt diet my surgery is scheduled for june 05 i am so looking forward to it!!

i have for awhile drink powerade zero due to the fact i am a diabetic.. it keeps me well hydrated then water alone...my local supermarket has it.. but sometimes it can be weeks before they restock again so when i see it i buy it in bulk!!
