I know everyone is different. But my question is, as soon as you get cleared out to work out, is it ok to work out often or not? S friend of mine is 6 months out and said she hasnt worked out because its "better if you dont" she said when she did work out she would stall and notice no weight loss so that's why she rather not. Wow, that sucks. I have nothing no acid reflux. No diabetes. I just dont want to do the sleeve and regret not getting the bypass done. I've read a lot of people doing sleeve eventually went back for the bypass Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
