Weight loss is hardly ever linear. For most of us, it happens in fits and starts. If you haven't done so yet, take your measurements and write them down. You'll be shocked how often the inches go down when the weight isn't moving. That helps provide the mental lift you need when the scale is being a b!tch. You'll do great, just give yourself some breathing room.

Today just tried the Health Wise Turkey Chili with beans! OMGoodness it was so amazing! I am getting on the bariatricpal food and order me some more of this, even my husband enjoyed it! I give it two thumbs up!

I wore a new dress today. And, umm, should have ordered a medium. AND my favorite cardigan is now pretty loose on me. I am going to see if I can hunt out the exact same sweater on Poshmark But in a medium or (gasp) a smallThe dress still works okay a bit big. I am not used to having legs show. Skirts of that length have never been part of my wardrobe. When I looked in the mirror this morning, I thought the length was perfectly work appropriate and that leggings weren’t necessary. Ummm, yeah, it WAS fine until I sat down and crossed my legs without thinking 😂 I’m not used to being able to cross my legs either. Thankfully I didn’t have a ton of meetings today. I did get lots of compliments on it, so maybe I just need to learn how to sit without flashing the world.

So, tomorrow I will be 4weeks post-op. I have been experiencing what I believe is a rectocele. I have a bulge in my vaginal wall that I can press and then evacuate me poop! I have an appointment Wednesday for my 2nd post op visit and want to inform my surgeon about it! Embarrassing to talk about but it is rather worrisome on my part! Not wanting any more surgeries! Has anyone had the surgery to correct this or are you just taking it one day at a time?

It’s Monday. I told my boss this morning I wasn’t ready for this full week of work, we’ve had so much time off for the holidays. She totally got it. My new size 4 skinny jeans. The 6’s I bought 2 weeks ago are already a little to big.

Okay. I’ve got about 5 mins before I need to leave for work guys
I’ve worked so much since the 30th I’ve almost lost track of the day.
I’m back now, but work is still crushing me.
Started training for a half that I want to run later this year and still doing 5-7 Pilates classes Weekly
Maybe Wednesday I’ll have time to revirew and comment, but not today.

I started at 285, my surgery date was 12/4/19 I had the Rouen Y Gastric Bypass. My current weight 4 weeks out is 255.9 and I am 5'6". My goal weight is 140. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Good luck to you!!!
