I was the same and regretted surgery , now I’m 5 weeks post op and still have a little pain when I drink to fast or eat food I’m learning that affects me badly. It gets easier I promise. I’m down 34 kg and had surgery 18 June 2019 

Honestly ... it’s suffer with chronic pain and 8 use CBD and medicinal marijuana in vape form.. I personally think it’s better then the tramadol, codeine and oxy I used to take two years ago and stopped because it was messing me up. Speak to your gp but mine was supportive of it just not to smoke weed due to munchies and of course that wouldn’t be good after gastric surgery lol

I lay on my side last night and my surgery was tue .. I’m just very uncomfortable and a lot of bruising. Hopefully soon it will all be back to normal ..

Finally someone that said what I’ve been thinking.. high five girlfriend xx

Ye0, there are moments when even a recliner doesn't seem to help! But the pain, the Core Hurt gets better after Time passes, hard to believe, but every day, in so many ways, you'll be Happy, Its Done and you Will Get All Better!
And you will no longer put a contract out on your Surgeon's Very Life! This I Do Promise!

When I came out of surgery Water tasted sweet to me. I asked if they put something in the water. Maybe put sweetmer in your water or cucumbers to give it flavor. The first month was just awful for me. That is my experience and not necessarily others.
One particular night I was so exhausted trying to get water in. I said f it! I went to bed at 5:30. I did end up getting fluids 2x because I just couldnt get it in.
Hang in there! I'm 4 months out and I'm completely healed and loving life. 64 pounds I have lost and it feels great!

And Just like A Wounded Animal you want only to retreat to Your Cave until You Feel All Better! I know you feel impatient, among other things, But Do Give Yourself permission to heal! You and Your Body have been through a lot This Week! Not all of Us leave the Bariatric Center singing the" Battle Hymn of the Republic" more of us are Muttering Under our Breath, holding on to someone or something, saying Why Me Lord? Why DID I AGREE TO ALL THIS? But like sunshine after the ☔ rainstorms, 8t Really Gets Better! We all, in some way, have limped and flinched, We Got Better, and in just a little while THINGS DO GET BETTER! Stay strong, still Sip Sip Sip, lick your sugar free Popsicles, remember almost everyone, this is what it takes, You have now paid your Dues, You are now a Part of the POST SURGERY CREW- Hurts Now, WON'T FOREVER!

But before Too Longer, you will change your name, at least in your mind to I'M A REAL WINNER!" And in the meanwhile, remember We are Very Proud of YOU and CONGRATULATIONS!

In one hour I go for surgery, little
nervous but ok I guess. Only decided a month ago to get it and been very quick process.. loving the designer gown and stockings 😂 . Pre diet was good, I’m surprised I didn’t get hungry much.. I’ll let all know how I am and more once I am able to .

no change here. confirmed with ex wife. she said i still sound like an a**hole. go figure.

Gallbladder

I had a bacon-cheese burger with fried onions, and waffle-fries. Ginger Ale. Yeah. I went there! 😂😋

What about vaping? Is that allowed and I don’t use nicotine in my juice .
