That's great truly... I'm so amazed when people say they have reversed there diabetes or gotten off there cpap machines for sleep apnea or reduced or stopped taking meds for there blood pressure.

I weighed 306 pounds and couldnt believe it... current weight 280 on the supervised diet, surgery on May 24th.

Wow.... mc2017 that is amazing!!!! Can I ask which surgery did you have, I am having the RNY on the 24th of May, and I am a little nervous if I'm honest. But after seeing your picture and reading your stats it makes this goal so obtainable.
