Your doing great. Any pound is a great loss remember none of us got where we are overnight.
Even if you lose 2 lbs a week in a year that's 104 lbs.lost.Look at the big picture.

8 months out. 154 lbs and finally fit into that little black dress!! So happy I made this life change even though it was difficult, I've never felt better or been healthier in my life!!

I’m 10 days out and on a limited diet. Just started grits, yogurt and cottage cheese yesterday. I have not had a full feeling yet with 2 tablespoons. I was hoping to! liquids are easy and I’m using flint stone chewable vitamins no prob. B12 is under the tongue drops. I am moving normally with minimal pain, waking a lot. Down 15 since surgery.

Exactly me too. This was textbook Keto rash for me 6 days post surgery with the ketone meter number super high to prove it.

Switch to just plain Tylenol. It was 100% different for me once off the pain pills.
