I am about to hit the big 60!  I work full time as an administrator of an Ambulatory Surgery Center.  I have two adult children.  I have struggled with my weight since the six grade.   I have tried every diet known to man, had some success but would always put the weight back on and then some. I am hoping this is it for me!
